At Glowmeric, our mission is to provide you with premium skincare products and excellent customer support. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us through our Contact page so we can assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order may already be processing or shipped, and we may not be able to make changes.
Approved cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened, used, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.
Unauthorized returns or returns outside the 30-day period may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
How to start a return:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our team’s return authorization before sending your item back.
Ship the item in its original packaging and include your order details.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return:
Inspection may take up to 10 business days.
Approved refunds may take up to 40 business days to be processed and appear in your account.
Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars ($USD) based on the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.
Product Concerns
We encourage safe and proper use of all Glowmeric skincare products. Always follow usage instructions and precautions provided on our packaging and website.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
Refunds or replacements for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow directions are at our discretion.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Important: Damaged packaging alone (such as a dented box) is not considered product damage if the product itself is in good condition.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to ship promptly, Glowmeric is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
